about us

The club was founded in 1977 by Sensei Gerry fleming and is the oldest Karate club in the West of Ireland. Our primary focus is traditional Japanese Karate for self defence, but many students also attend national competitions annually. Members frequently attend training camps across the country and indeed, the whole world. For more information please look around the website.
